⚙️ How it works
- Candidate adds the referrer’s name in their application form.
- If the candidate is hired as a full-time employee and completes their first 90 days, the referrer will receive a $3,500 USD bonus.

- Referral Source Verification: Candidates should only submit referrers if the referrer is willing to vouch for them professionally or has a direct, meaningful relationship with them. CoinTracker may request verification of this relationship to ensure eligibility.
- Referral Limit: Each referrer may be submitted as a referrer for up to 3 candidates per quarter for consideration under this program.
- Qualified Hires: The referred candidate must be hired as a full-time employee (FTE) and successfully complete a minimum probationary period (e.g., 90 days) for the referrer to be eligible for the bonus.
- Prior Candidates: Candidates who have already applied to CoinTracker within the past 12 months, or are already in contact with the talent team, are not eligible for referral bonuses.
- Eligibility Period: Referrals are only eligible for the referral bonus if the candidate is hired within 3 months of submission for the specific role for which they were referred. If a candidate is hired for a different role than the one specified in the application form, the referrer will not be eligible for the bonus.
- Submission Process: The referrer’s name must be submitted through the candidate’s application form.
- Payment: The referral bonus will be paid out after the referred employee completes their first 90 days at CoinTracker. All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Program Changes: CoinTracker reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time, with or without notice.
- Disputes: In the event of multiple referrals for the same candidate, only the first eligible referral received will be considered for the bonus.
- Compliance: All referrals must comply with CoinTracker’s code of conduct and applicable employment laws.
- No Guarantee of Employment: Submission of a referral does not guarantee that the candidate will be interviewed or hired.
