At CoinTracker, taking time off to rest and recharge is essential for balance, well-being, and doing our best work. Our PTO policy is designed to empower CoinTrackers to take time off while maintaining business continuity and team goals. In addition to national holidays (~11 days), annual company recharge week (~4 days), and retreat recharge days (~2 days), we target 15 vacation days per year.
Full-Time Employees
CoinTracker offers US-based employees comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans. CoinTracker covers 100% of the cost for the employee and 80% for the employee’s spouse and dependents. Coverage is effective the first day of the month following your start date.

CoinTracker offers eligible full-time employees the opportunity to participate in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA). This optional, pre-tax contribution plan allows you to set aside funds for qualified medical expenses helping you save on taxes while covering out-of-pocket healthcare needs.
